Julio Garcia is a senior finance leader with over fifteen years of experience across manufacturing, multi-site operations, and PE-backed environments. His background includes serving as Corporate Controller and CFO within investor-backed organizations, working closely with sponsors, boards, and management teams through periods of transition, growth, and increased complexity.

Julio’s experience spans full-cycle accounting, financial planning and analysis, cash flow and working capital management, internal controls, and investor-grade reporting. He has led finance teams across the US and internationally, including significant exposure to LATAM-based operations, and has supported M&A activity, integrations, and transaction readiness efforts.

BlueStone Advisors operates as an extension of advisory firms, fractional CFO practices, and investor teams that require senior CFO capacity without adding permanent headcount. Engagements are hands-on, execution-oriented, and focused on helping organizations move from ambiguity to informed action.

The firm does not operate as a staffing provider or transactional accounting service. Work is intentionally selective and centered on situations where experienced financial leadership can materially reduce risk and improve outcomes.

When not engaged professionally, Julio is based in the Southeast US and works nationally with clients across a range of operating environments.
